Programme Overview
The General Nursing ND/HND programme is a comprehensive four-year course designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the nursing profession. - In-Person: Visit the Office of the Registrar, College of Nursing Sciences, Institute of Health Sciences, Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe.
- Online: Download the form from the official Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe website.
Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Ten Thousand Naira (?10,000). Payments should be made via the Remita platform into the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) Account of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
Document Submission
After completing the application form, candidates must submit the following documents either in person at the Registrar’s Office or online:
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Photocopies of all relevant credentials, including Primary and Secondary School Certificates
- Photocopy of the receipt of purchase of the Admission form or Remita receipt
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Certificate of Birth or Declaration of Age
- JAMB Print-out
- SSCE Scratch-card(s)
