For those who wish to check their admission status online, they are advised to visit the Federal University of Education Zaria Student Portal. Upon accessing the portal, candidates should log in to their account, navigate to the 'Admission' tab, and view their admission status.
Candidates whose names appear on the list can proceed to print their Acknowledgement Slip. Afterward, they are to visit the Part-Time Unit to collect their official Admission Letter.
Post-Admission Steps
Once candidates have received their Admission Letters, they are required to return to the Part-Time Unit for screening. This process is essential for confirming their eligibility and completing the necessary documentation.
After successful screening, candidates will be cleared to make their fee payments at the ZAFEC Micro Financial Bank located within the Federal University of Education, Zaria.

In a bid to ease financial planning for students, the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe, has authorized a flexible payment option. Students can now pay their school fees in two instalments, allowing them to pay on a semester-by-semester basis.

The commencement of lectures for the NCE Part-Time Programme is scheduled for 6th December 2024. All admitted candidates are expected to report for classes on this date to begin their academic journey.
