Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in the sciences, from a recognized university.

Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of an exemption certificate.

HND holders with an Upper Credit in a relevant Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programme may be considered.

Graduation Requirements
To successfully graduate from the programme, students must:

Obtain a minimum score of 50% in coursework and the M.Tech thesis project as per FUTA postgraduate regulations.

Complete the required coursework:

44 course units for Satellite Communication and Basic Space Physics

42 course units for Satellite Meteorology

48 course units for Remote Sensing and GIS

Successfully present two thesis seminars (proposal and final presentation).

Complete and defend a research thesis through an oral examination.
