Position: Shops Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shops Manager to oversee and supervise a group of Bet9ja shops in Abuja. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and manage the daily activities of all shop staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of multiple Bet9ja shops in Abuja.
- Balance and reconcile accounts on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of other staff members.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the shops maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Must possess an HND or BSc.
- Must be female.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial reporting.
Salary: N60,000 per month
