As part of our growth journey, we are inviting applications for the role of Female Storekeeper at our Abuja (FCT) location. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch agricultural products and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain meticulous inventory records, updating them promptly with issued or received items.
• Report any damaged inventory for proper record-keeping and reimbursement.
• Ensure adherence to the first in, first out (FIFO) method for storage of goods.
• Efficiently manage and disburse company fuel/diesel to vehicles while maintaining accurate records.
• Engage in cost negotiations with vendors and carry out additional tasks delegated by the Head of Administration and Logistics.
• Verify, update, and reconcile inventory information, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Conduct physical inventory checks of the warehouse and supply yard, reconciling records accordingly.
• Safely store hazardous materials and oversee the receiving and unloading of freight.
• Tag supplies and organize shelves according to proper floor and shelf location protocols.

Requirements:

• Possession of a First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical prowess.
