- Ensure regulatory compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Implement and monitor environmental management practices.
- Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance.

- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, optimizing resource usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and local building codes.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Organizational skills for efficient project coordination and documentation.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and identification of cost-saving measures.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and obtaining necessary permits.
- Environmental awareness with a focus on implementing and monitoring practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
