Job Description
The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) will collaborate with the Senior Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to make Red Bull the #1 energy drink in the South East region. This role focuses on building the local face of Red Bull through strategic marketing efforts in line with global priorities. The FMS is responsible for developing networks with key opinion leaders and communities while driving innovative marketing initiatives across consumer collecting, sports, culture, and communications.
The FMS role is field-based, requiring a deep understanding of local trends and a passion for bringing the Red Bull brand to life in various social scenes.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans with FMM to build Red Bull’s brand image at the local level.
- Execute national and regional Red Bull programs, tailoring them to the South East.
- Work cross-functionally to manage internal and external regional marketing priorities.
- Grow brand awareness and product trial through events, student programs, and digital campaigns.
- Support and activate local sports and culture events to engage with target communities.
- Build and nurture relationships with local opinion leaders, athletes, and influencers.
- Drive effective communication with local media outlets, including TV, radio, print, and digital.
- Ensure brand premium appeal through consistent and innovative marketing execution.
Requirements
- University Degree with 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in sports, events, or culture marketing.
- Experience managing teams, handling budgets, and working with sales/commercial teams.
- Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
- A self-motivated, creative thinker who can lead marketing efforts in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- Strong network of key stakeholders in the South East.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role.
