Job Description:
- Utilize investigative skills to ensure accurate problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Offer exceptional service and support during field visits, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Align workflow with schedule for efficient task completion.
- Thoroughly document processes for future reference and improvement.
- Adhere to all company protocols and procedures in the field.
- Oversee on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities.
- Identify technical errors and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Generate detailed service reports in a timely manner.
