Home Options, a leading luxury Italian Furniture and Bathroom solutions trading company in Lagos Island, is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. We need someone passionate, innovative, and experienced in Luxury furniture & Bathroom wares sales for residential and commercial projects in Nigeria.
Job Summary:
As our Field Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth. Leading the field sales team, you'll devise innovative market approaches, engage with high-net-worth individuals, architects, builders, interior designers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, builders, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee the field sales team to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Present premium furniture and bathroom solutions with expertise.
- Negotiate deals, exceed sales targets, and maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- HND / B.Sc Degrees in Marketing or related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos luxury market and design trends.
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Driver's license and ability to drive independently.
