Job Title: Finance / Accounts Head

Responsibilities
- Develop and align the financial strategy with the Company’s overall strategy.
- Analyze trends and projections for the Company’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist in preparing the Company’s budget.
- Prepare monthly Management Reports, including quarterly financial reports: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Liaise with audit/tax consultants and finance regulatory bodies for compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to discuss company plans and future paths.
- Monitor payable activities and provide monthly reports for effective treasury function management.
- Establish investment strategies and provide advice on investment opportunities and asset allocations.
- Ensure detailed documentation and monitoring of expenses.
- Manage the Company’s liquidity and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Foster strong relationships with teammates and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable Services, including monitoring outgoing invoices and preparing aging reports.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for effective payroll administration, including LIRS and pension contributions.
- Assist department heads in preparing the Company’s annual financial budget for management approval.
- Perform any other duties as assigned during your employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Data-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent team management abilities.
- Dynamic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification as an accountant is required.
- Process-oriented and well-organized with high attention to detail.
