Job Title: Finance and Admin Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage financial transactions, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and workshops, handling all logistical aspects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, prepare detailed financial reports and statements, and assist in auditing processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing documents to facilitate efficient office operations.
  • Office Management: Support general office management tasks to maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in finance or administrative roles, preferably within a non-profit or similar organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software is essential.
  • Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
