Role Overview: Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, tackling complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Specialized Role: Risk Analytics and Modeling
As a Senior Associate in our Risk Analytics and Modeling team, you'll apply your quantitative, modeling, and analytical skills to develop or validate statistical, financial engineering, and AI/machine learning models in areas such as credit risk, market risk, assets and liabilities management, fraud detection, and anti-money laundering.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Financial Engineering preferred.
- Fields of Study: Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science.
Key Skills
- Experience with programming and data analytics tools: Python, R, SAS.
- Knowledge of secondary languages and tools: Java, C++/C#, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel Macros/VBA/JS.
- Application of machine learning models: multivariate regressions, Bayesian probabilities, clustering algorithms, etc.
- Utilization of robotic process automation tools: Automation Anywhere, Pega, UiPath.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large data sets in the financial crimes space.
- Visualizing and communicating analytical results using Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, QlikView.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Leading key work streams, staying updated on current trends, and developing team knowledge.
- Supporting business development, writing and presenting proposals.
- Managing engagements, preparing accurate documents, and balancing project economics.
- Contributing to project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and completion of engagement work streams.
