Compensation and Growth Potential
We value your dedication with a competitive compensation package. Starting at $47,300 annually during training, you'll have the opportunity for a 10% annual bonus based on your performance. As you progress and achieve required licenses, your total compensation potential can rise to $54,200 within the first year, reflecting your growth and contributions to our team.
