We're currently hiring for the role of Flight Operations Controller at our Ikeja, Lagos office.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Flight Operations Controller to join our team. This role involves overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to clients' mission success.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with flight crews, ground services, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations.
- Liaise with aviation authorities to secure permits and clearances for international flights.
- Maintain accurate records of flight operations activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze flight plans and weather data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth flight execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations (ICAO, local authorities).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in flight operations coordination or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
