Job Summary

The Flight Operations Manager (FOM) oversees and manages all flight operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and the company's policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise flight operations, cabin crew, and operations control.
• Formulate and enforce the company's flight operations policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and flight safety protocols.
• Manage the Company’s FTL scheme, ensuring safe and legal operations.
• Liaise with relevant bodies to maintain up-to-date operations manuals.
• Implement quality systems within the department and monitor corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor performance in compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least five years of relevant experience.
• Certifications: Other current credentials or certifications preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Must occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
