Key Responsibilities

Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and logistics.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.

Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the management team by scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.

Project Coordination:
- Assist with tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables for construction projects.
- Liaise with contractors and clients as necessary.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on office operations and project status.

Document Management:
- Maintain company records, including contracts and project files.
- Ensure accurate filing and easy access to documentation.

Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and office equipment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
