Estrada International Staffing Solutions is recruiting for the position of Front Desk/Admin Assistant in Abuja. Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and clients at the office.
  • Provide administrative assistance across all departments.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Oversee petty cash accounts, process reimbursements, and track financial documentation.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain an organized filing system for confidential documents.
  • Manage company non-current assets and track asset depreciation.
  • Ensure timely payment approvals and manage expense documentation according to company standards.
  • Support office administration, including facility management, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for the company’s calendar.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • OND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Prior administrative experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly (gross)
