Job Description
We are looking for a well-groomed and confident Front Desk Executive with a passion for exceptional customer service and an eye for design. As the first point of contact for customers, you will represent our brand with professionalism and style while ensuring a seamless showroom experience. Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all visitors and customers.

Client Assistance: Guide customers through the showroom, helping them select furniture that fits their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image through excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and an in-depth understanding of our products.

Sales Performance: Drive sales by offering personalized recommendations and expert advice on product features, materials, and design aesthetics.

Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer relationships by following up on inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.

Showroom Maintenance: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Operational Support: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Job Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field.

5–8 years of prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, home décor, or furniture industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design and aesthetics.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
