Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies and maintain equipment.
- Handle inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
