Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Warmly greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the office environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, including stationery and other supplies.
- Liaise with Realtors and Consultants, ensuring smooth sales processes and follow-ups.
- Source and recruit additional consultants to expand our business network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions and client interactions.
- Aim to maximize performance and sales from Realtors and Consultants.
- Prepare detailed reports on Realtor and Consultant activities for management review.
- Oversee consultant management and client payment follow-ups, including issuing receipts.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and bulk SMS communications effectively.
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring timely follow-up and client management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management to support office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous.
- Resident of Ajah or nearby areas.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary
N70,000 per month
