Job Title: Front Desk Officer
- Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Sector: Hospitality (4-star hotel)
Job Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Welcome guests and verify their booking details.
- Room Allocation: Assign rooms and provide keys to guests.
- Concierge Services: Offer concierge services, including booking theater tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local amenities and attractions.
- Check-Out Procedures: Manage guest check-outs, handle payments, and return deposits.
- Communication: Answer phone calls from prospective customers and guests, take messages, and ensure timely delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a National Diploma in any field of study.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Salary
- Monthly Salary: N80,000
