Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our business operations and employees. You will ensure the efficiency of our operations and set strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of business practices and be a competent leader who enhances performance while aligning with our company’s vision and culture. Your primary goal will be to ensure profitability and drive sustainable development for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clerical staff and other employees.
- Design work schedules and organize employee training programs.
- Resolve employee and client issues effectively.
- Manage and direct activities of all staff members.
- Oversee facility functions, maintenance, and repairs.
- Constantly monitor daily production processes.
- Plan and organize all major company meetings.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain evaluation records.
- Hire, onboard, and train new staff; provide ongoing training.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to prepare monthly budgets.
- Develop effective logistics for organizing records, files, and statements.
- Ensure the workplace is safe and compliant with all regulations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors for business supplies and product sales.
- Foster good working relationships with executives and managers.
- Design and implement procedures to enhance profitability.
- Supervise administrative and general operations.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Candidates with a background in Human Resource Management are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
