Eligibility Criteria
UTME Candidates
- First Choice: GUMED must be selected as the first choice; a minimum UTME score of 150 is required.
- O’Level Requirements: Credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with six credits in two sittings.
- Change of Institution: Candidates who did not choose GUMED initially can apply by changing their institution choice.
- JAMB CAPS: Ensure O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS.
Direct Entry Candidates
- First Choice: GUMED must be selected as the first choice on the 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.
- Qualifications: A Level, OND, HND, JUPEB, or IJMB qualifications are acceptable.
- Academic Performance: Minimum second-class lower division for degree holders, lower credit for OND/HND, or at least a credit (3 points) in JUPEB/IJMB.
