The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Global Entity Services Specialist to join our team as part of our financial services business in Montreal. Consistently recognised as one of Montreal’s Top Employers, the Maples Group established our operations in the central downtown area in 2009. Our Montreal office exemplifies our culturally rich and entrepreneurial organisation, with over 300 colleagues from 50 countries collaborating to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide.
As a member of the Global Entity Services Team, the Global Entity Services Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining a large portfolio of entities in 40+ jurisdictions and monitoring a central inbox for incoming service requests. This will involve interacting with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel, ensuring that all entity management tasks are performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.

- College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration, and 1-2 years’ experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Commitment to learning various IT platforms and additional software skills.
- Fluency in English required.
