Eligibility for GVU Post-UTME:
UTME Admission
- Must have taken the 2024 UTME.
- Complete the online application form.
- Minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects at O’ Level/WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings.
- Candidates awaiting results may apply.
- Attend the GVU screening exercise.
- Candidates not choosing GVU as first or second choice can apply by changing their choice through JAMB.
Direct Entry Admission
- Purchase and process the 2024 JAMB Direct Entry Form.
- Merit pass in NCE, JUBEP, or credit in OND/HND required.
- Five credit passes in relevant subjects at O’ Level/SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings.
- IJMB, JUPEB, or A’ Level qualifications accepted.
- Other qualifications approved by the GVU Senate are accepted.
Conversion Entry
- Five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics.
- Provide a recent university transcript.
Transfer Entry
- Purchase an application code and complete the Inter-University Transfer form online.
- Pass the GVU interview/screening.
- Meet the minimum entry requirements for admission.
- Have a JAMB admission letter.
- Ensure academic records are sent to the GVU Admissions Office.
- Maintain a C.G.P.A. of at least 1.5.

- Visit the GVU Admission Portal.
- Check the admission portal regularly for updates.

- Click on “FRESH STUDENTS”.
- Log in with your Application Number and Password.
- Pay the School Fee and Accommodation Fee.
