Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is designed to nurture future leaders and prepare our business to meet evolving challenges. What to Expect During Your First 10 Months
- 3-Month Rotations: Gain experience in Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics aligned with our strategic pillars.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline preferred) or equivalent.
- Post Graduate qualifications in Business Administration or related fields are advantageous.
- Completion of National Youth Service (for Nigerian citizens).
- Proficiency in English and full mobility within Nigeria and beyond.
- Up to 3 years of total full-time work experience (internships and short-term contracts excluded).
- Legal work authorization in the application country.
