Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day financial and accounting services in accordance with guidelines set by the head office.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial risk management, accounting policies, and auditing procedures.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with auditors, banks, clients, and other financial representatives.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle all administrative projects for the Group within Nigeria.
- Commercial Support: Provide contact review and assistance to the Commercial Department.
- Tax and Audit Management: Oversee taxation matters, statutory audits, internal audits, company law compliance, and finalization of accounts.
- Bank and Cash Management: Responsible for bank accounts, cash management, tax procedures, and capital expenditure processes.
- Collections Supervision: Supervise the collections process.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budget planning, realization, updates, and follow-ups.
- Financial Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all financial information and adhere to deadlines.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director, Board, or Head Office functional team.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 15-16 years of experience in a Finance Manager role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Chartered Accountant certification is required.
- Proficiency in preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial records and compliance with legal regulations.
- Age: 37-45 years.
- Previous experience as a Group Finance Manager in an oil & gas company is mandatory.
- Residing in Port Harcourt or open to relocation.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Additional accounting certifications or ongoing pursuit of such certifications is desirable.
- Strong understanding of finance with the ability to provide advisory support on company finances.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
