Job Purpose
The Growth Manager will lead initiatives to drive the adoption and usage of digital payment solutions across targeted markets. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies that acquire new users, increase engagement with existing users, and ultimately boost transaction volumes and revenue through our digital payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Growth Strategy:
- Identify and implement growth opportunities for Interswitch’s digital payment solutions within and outside our market coverage.
- Enhance product features and service platforms to create long-term value for customers, shareholders, and markets.
- Transform Interswitch’s web payment offerings into a comprehensive digital financial distribution ecosystem.
- Foster strategic partnerships to enhance access to key market segments.

Service & Merchant Excellence:
- Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery to acquired merchants and partners.
- Identify, research, develop, and deploy new business initiatives across all market types, optimizing channel usage and business value.
- Develop business documentation for market and merchant engagement and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation.

Business Development & Market Penetration:
- Develop strategies for deeper product penetration in the retail space, focusing on increasing market share for Interswitch’s digital payment products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, evaluate market needs, and implement solutions that increase product adoption.
- Manage the integration of Interswitch payment solutions into merchant ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Sales & Account Management Support:
- Provide support to sales teams, ensuring effective sales strategies and lead conversion that increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal resources to grow transaction volumes and build merchant capacity through product features and channel optimization.

Product Management & Roadmap Development:
- Define and refine the product vision, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer needs.
- Prioritize product features based on market demand and business value, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure product relevance and drive strategic development.
- Evangelize product capabilities across the organization, providing training and ensuring effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Cultivate partnerships that enable market penetration and contribute to long-term business value.
- Liaise with shared technology teams and business development teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and features.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A good first degree in a business-related discipline.
- Experience: 5-7 years in the digital financial industry with an in-depth understanding of digital payments and Interswitch’s products.
- Skills: Strong business management, financial modeling, negotiation, strategic selling, and project management skills. Experience in developing business cases, strategic planning, and market analysis is essential.
