Job Description
The GTM Insights Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing sales performance by utilizing automation, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights. This individual will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas of underperformance, and recommending corrective actions to boost productivity and optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Force Automation and Optimization: Drive automation initiatives to streamline the sales process, ensuring that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively.
- KPI Measurement and Reporting: Establish and monitor key sales metrics to track and report on performance, ensuring that targets are met.
- Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Call Compliance and Performance Monitoring: Ensure that the sales team adheres to established standards and compliance requirements, monitoring performance regularly.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales performance analysis, sales operations, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in sales force automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in sales performance.
