Job Description
Join Airtel Nigeria as the Head of HBB Fixed Sales FTTx. Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of Fixed Home Broadband (HBB) solutions. Take full ownership of the fixed broadband go-to-market strategy, from product conceptualization to launch, ensuring market competitiveness and commercial viability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and launch of Airtel's Fixed Home Broadband products and propositions.
- Design pricing strategies and models tailored to customer segments and market demands.
- Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure technical deliverables meet business requirements.
- Analyze competitor offerings to enhance Airtel’s broadband propositions.
- Manage fixed broadband products on a profit and loss basis, making data-driven decisions.
- Lead new business opportunities, including range extensions and new product offerings.
Experience & Educational Requirements
- First degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in a middle management role.
- Proven experience in product development and strategic sales management.
- Telecom industry experience is an advantage.
