Job Description
Potters Heritage School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Teacher / Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and the Montessori method. This role involves training and mentoring other teachers to maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and overseeing the Montessori curriculum.
- Training and mentoring other teachers to ensure consistent teaching standards.
- Teaching and managing classroom activities.
- Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Evaluating and improving teaching methods.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or National Certificate in Education (NCE).
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with early childhood and Montessori background.
- Smart, intelligent, and pays attention to details.
- A strong team player with the ability to lead and motivate other teachers.
- Must reside around Aguda, Kilo, Masha, Ijesha, or Lawanson.
- Marital status: Must be married.
- Age is not a barrier; experience is what counts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

Salary: From N120,000 and above (Depending on experience)
