Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive psycho-social support to employees
- Conduct regular Risk Hazard Management (RHM) and patrols
- Coordinate and organize HSE training programs
- Proficient in logistics safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure rigorous quality inspection of assets and equipment
- Implement measures to guarantee personnel safety
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) assessments with thorough documentation
- Enforce adherence to safety guidelines in alignment with company policies
- Monitor and analyze safety performance dashboard
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Science
- HSE Level 1&2 certification from a recognized institution
- Age Requirement: 22-30 years, preferably male applicants
- Residency: Candidates residing around Ewekoro and its environs are preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years in the logistics safety industry post National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
