We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in the following position:

Job Title: Medical Doctor (HMO)
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Strategically acquire and manage HMO providers within Mediplan Healthcare's network
• Conduct hospital assessments, accreditations, and provider education initiatives
• Organize and oversee annual medical examinations for eligible clients
• Negotiate tariffs for provider services and monitor network for quality assurance
• Conduct thorough assessment and credentialing of provider facilities
• Address provider issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure efficient case management and referral of enrollees upon admission

Qualifications:

• MBBS/MD degree in Medicine and Surgery
• Valid practicing license with 2-5 years of post-accreditation experience, preferably in Health Insurance/Managed Care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) workings is advantageous

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month
