Currently, we are looking to fill the position of HR Business Partner, based in Sagamu, Ogun. This is a full-time role aimed at driving strategic human resource initiatives to propel our business forward.

Purpose of the Job

As an HR Business Partner, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business unit leaders to craft and implement strategic solutions that foster exceptional business performance. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the development and execution of strategic and operational business plans in conjunction with business unit leaders.
  • Leading the formulation and integration of people and organization strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitating organizational effectiveness through the establishment and maintenance of robust organizational structures, processes, and job specifications.
  • Cultivating a robust talent pipeline by identifying and nurturing potential leaders and successors through talent initiatives and personalized development plans.
  • Promoting employee motivation, engagement, and discipline through the implementation of comprehensive rewards, recognition, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Partnering with business unit leaders to realize people and organization strategies through effective workforce planning and talent management frameworks.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is an added advantage.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in HR metrics and business partnering within the relevant industry.
  • Expertise in organizational leadership and performance evaluation will be highly valued.
