Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect data from various sources and maintain HR databases.

Requirements

- Expertise in statistical analysis and experience with data tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in data models, database design, and data segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
