Job Description:

At Hope Payment Service Bank Limited, we are dedicated to enhancing our Human Resources programs for optimal efficiency. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing these programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and effectively resolving challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the development and execution of standard recruiting and hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and integration of new employees into our dynamic work environment.
  • Managing exit procedures and documentation for departing staff members.
  • Handling payroll computation and submission for various employee categories.
  • Conducting HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contributing to the implementation of performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
  • Overseeing employee training programs to address evolving needs within the organization.
  • Serving as a liaison with regulatory bodies on pertinent people-related matters.
