As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing these programs, identifying areas for enhancement, and effectively resolving challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading the development and execution of standard recruiting and hiring practices to attract top talent.
- Facilitating the onboarding and integration of new employees into our dynamic work environment.
- Managing exit procedures and documentation for departing staff members.
- Handling payroll computation and submission for various employee categories.
- Conducting HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Contributing to the implementation of performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
- Overseeing employee training programs to address evolving needs within the organization.
- Serving as a liaison with regulatory bodies on pertinent people-related matters.
