Our client, a prominent player in the consumer goods industry, seeks a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to fortify their team. As the HR Manager, you will helm the HR department, ensuring seamless operational functions and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company objectives.
- Foster an employee-centric high-performance culture.
- Spearhead talent management frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development programs.
- Implement human resources policies company-wide.
- Advise on employee relations and morale enhancement.
- Conduct market research to enhance rewards practices.
- Manage training plans and performance appraisals.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification from CIPM Nigeria or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in HR record management and financial acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR administration principles.
