Job Title: HR Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
As the HR Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead our global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract the best talent to further our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing global recruitment processes and best practices.
- Innovating and enhancing recruitment strategies to foster inclusivity and diversity.
- Collaborating with the HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits and local HR Operations teams to establish competitive package ranges for global positions.
- Building and maintaining internal and external talent pools for future opportunities and succession planning.
- Conducting multi-country recruiting activities across various disciplines and levels.
- Training and mentoring internal stakeholders on recruitment topics, including competency assessments, social recruiting, inclusive recruitment, and ATS (Rexx) utilization.
- Developing and evaluating recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders is highly desired.
- Digital proficiency with experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and adaptability to new tools after brief training.
- Strong commitment to Diversity and Inclusion integrated into recruitment processes.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative approaches.
- Proven ability to drive change, transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Advanced English proficiency; additional languages like French and German are a plus.
- Alignment with Christian values and CBM's mission.
- Strong experience in global talent acquisition, especially in the global south and multi-country contexts.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and project work simultaneously.
- Experience working effectively in a multicultural remote environment, appreciating diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Strong influencing and persuasive abilities.
