Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that the best talent is hired for various positions within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training programs aimed at enhancing skill sets and improving overall performance.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are conducted fairly and aligned with company goals.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices to maintain a legally compliant and effective HR department.
- HR Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, particularly in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
- A degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Proven track record in implementing strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
