We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Edo
Responsibilities
- Handle all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and other related tasks.
- Develop and implement HR procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Manage the employee database and produce timely reports.
- Assist with payroll activities and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Periodically update staff files and perform other assigned functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or a related field.
- Competency in salary and payroll administration, and compensation and benefits is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- CIPM or other HR professional certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
