Job Description
We are looking for a talented Human Resource Executive to support the Head of People and Culture in optimizing human resource operations within the company. This role involves recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain organized staff records and documentation for easy access and reference.

Develop and implement manpower planning and recruitment strategies in compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Ensure seamless onboarding and induction of new hires for smooth integration into the company.

Oversee HR functions in line with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.

Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and professional development.

Design and enhance HR management tools, including job descriptions, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership support to employees.

Proactively address operational and managerial HR challenges to drive business success.
Qualifications & Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper or above) in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple HR functions effectively.

Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, and performance management is an advantage.
