Position Available: Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for team document distribution, including payslips and timesheets.
- Update and manage communication boards, contact lists, and training trackers.
- Maintain staff information databases and create files for new hires, following up on required documents.
- Report claims and prepare mission-related documents for HR review.
- Support new staff onboarding with essential documentation.
- Manage recruitment documentation and candidate communication.
- Organize training materials and facilitate integration for new employees.
- Track contract amendments, prepare files for audits, and handle confidential HR matters.
- Coordinate staff accommodation, manage HR document archiving, and administer exit procedures.
Position Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in HR, preferably with an NGO.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; fluent in English and Hausa.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Nigerian Labor Law and Social Security Law.
