Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The HR Officer will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection:
Develop recruitment strategies, screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and manage the onboarding process. -
Employee Relations:
Handle employee concerns, foster engagement, and manage disciplinary matters. -
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with HR policies, and process payroll transactions. -
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer compensation programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and process payroll. -
Performance Management:
Develop performance management systems, conduct reviews, and manage employee performance improvement plans. -
Training & Development:
Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and monitor training records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR software systems.
- Understanding of Nigerian labor laws (preferred).
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (Net)
- HMO and 13th Month pay
