Job Summary:
Monikol Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our team. Based in Sagamu, Ogun, this full-time position entails overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, training, performance management, payroll processing, and HR data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist HR Manager with onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with team members for seamless communication and workflow.
- Proficiency in MS Office suites and data analytics.
- Good understanding of labor laws.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivating demeanor.
- Integrity, approachability, and emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to learn and undertake additional tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
Salary: N80,000 - N150,000 per month
