Job Title: HR / Office Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

As the HR/Office Manager, you play a critical role in our organization's success. Collaborating closely with our existing HR Officer, you will oversee all aspects of the employment lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development, while also managing administrative tasks to enhance our workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct exit interviews.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Implementation: Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Recognition: Drive engagement initiatives and recognize employee contributions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct training.
  • Payroll and Compensation: Process payroll accurately and administer compensation programs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs and resolve related issues.
  • Performance Management: Support evaluation processes and monitor performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain HR records.

Requirements and Skills:

  • OND/ND/BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; HR credentials preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HR functions and understanding of labor laws.
  • Ability to work independently, handle sensitive cases, and contribute to HR initiatives.

  • Service-oriented mindset and team player.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: N200,000 monthly.
