CAF is currently recruiting for the position of Independent Bodies Manager. This role plays a crucial part in managing disciplinary matters, supporting CAF's judicial bodies, and ensuring the integrity of African football.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Independent Bodies with duties and responsibilities.
- Manage disciplinary issues through CAF's CMS portal (e.g., suspension letters, match notices).
- Draft pre-hearing briefs, decisions for judicial bodies, and support in integrity-related investigations.
- Work closely with Integrity Officers in member associations and compile statistical data on integrity cases.
- Convene disciplinary hearings, ensuring all procedural deadlines and legal duties are met.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Law.
- Fluent in both English & French (Arabic is an advantage).
- Admission to the bar as a practicing advocate.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sports organization judicial bodies.
- Additional studies in sports law is an advantage.
