Job Summary
As an Information Risk Management and Control Analyst, you will be instrumental in strengthening our operational, emerging, and information risk policies. Your role involves establishing a uniform framework for identifying, assessing, and managing significant risks, and keeping management informed about new and evolving risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain the risk management framework.
- Establish and manage reports to promote transparency in risk activities.
- Challenge and ensure consistency of Information Security policies with regulations and risk frameworks.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance risk awareness.
- Report to senior management and auditors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local risk correspondents to monitor new risks and project changes.
- Participate in committees and projects to strengthen partnerships with business units.
- Coordinate with other risk-related functions including Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Information Security.
Requirements
- Academic/Professional: Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge in Risk Management & Corporate Governance, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and a good understanding of insurance products.
