- Business process, financial reporting, and IT risks, processes, and controls.
- Key IT general controls domains, including data privacy and IT security.
- Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley Act regulations.
- Financial and operational fraud risk management.
- Anti-fraud internal controls.
- Third-Party Risk Management.
- Anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
- Current and emerging technologies in controls and testing automation and analytics.
- COSO Framework, CoBIT, or other leading business and IT control frameworks.
Additional Skills and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of issues faced by executives in banking, capital markets, insurance, and asset & wealth management.
- Expertise in identifying key risks and controls, applying internal control principles, and financial reporting concepts.
- Strong project management skills, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules.
- Flexibility in prioritizing tasks and managing engagement operations.
- Creating high-quality deliverables using appropriate business and technical language.
