Job Summary
The Internal Audit Officer will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes within Reddington Multi-Specialist Hospital. The individual in this position will be responsible for conducting regular and ad-hoc audits to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Internal Audits: Conduct routine and special audits across various hospital departments, financial operations, and processes to assess adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Financial Record Reviews: Evaluate financial documents, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies, as well as local regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
