Position Objective
The Inventory Analyst will ensure accurate inventory records across our stores and distribution centers. Key responsibilities include coordinating physical inventory counts, resolving discrepancies, and improving inventory management processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management and Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate physical inventory counts with the Sales and Logistics Managers.
- Prepare comprehensive counting lists and distribute them to relevant managers.

Data Accuracy and Issue Resolution:
- Verify and manage administrative documents for inventory counts.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies during the counts to ensure accuracy.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Report significant discrepancies and operational challenges to the Accounting Manager.
- Prepare and document inventory reports, including necessary adjustments.

Error Identification and Process Improvement:
- Identify issues leading to inaccurate inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights for inventory accuracy improvement aligned with organizational goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory Accuracy: Percentage of accurate inventory records post-counts.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Time taken to resolve discrepancies.
- Process Adherence: Compliance with inventory management policies.
- Reporting Quality: Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inventory management or a related role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N550,000 per month.
